Head, Heart, Hands, & Halo™

This consulting program demonstrates how to build a holistic curriculum that empowers children by incorporating specific components and lesson plans that will assist children in learning and retaining information as well as integrating their senses, identifying and processing emotions and expanding their understanding of environmental and sustainability issues.

Healing Trees Growing Children™

A collaborative*, A multi-sensory, cross curriculum program for Teaching Environmental Literacy using trees as the integrating context for understanding:

*This program is a collaborative effort between many gifted practitioners and specialists: Building Bridges 2012, The Tree Whisperers, Tim, Don & Character Rising, Rick Morin and the Rhythm Room, Barbara Schultz and the Frog Hill Farm and Linda Gendron Energy Psychologist to name a few! Please see the affiliated practioner page for more resources for children, families, and educators.

The Main Toxins to Avoid that Affect your Children, their Health & their Ability to Learn™

This consulting module explores many of the toxins that are present in our food, environment, media, beliefs systems and patterns of behavior that contribute to “dis-ease”, lack of performance in school, childhood obesity, and many of the developmental disorders seen in today's children. This program offers resources and information to make informed choices about pending issues affecting children in today's society as well as a list of modalities to deal with these challenges.

Anchoring the Heartmath Freeze Frame™ Technique into the 7 Senses

This curriculum is experientially-based and anchors the “Freeze Frame™ Technique into the 7 Senses: Sight, Smell, Taste, Touch, Sound, Imagination and Intuition. Children are taught about each sense and through creative drawing, journaling, art work, visualization and different sensory techniques they explore in depth the use and sensory meaning of the emotion they have chosen for their Heartmath technique. They learn about symbology: what symbols are, how they are involved in the intuitive process and how they communicate to the conscious and unconscious mind. This curriculum is highly imaginative and creates the foundation for critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and strategies for tapping into a “higher knowing” that we all contain but often don't use.

Food Inc. meets Heartmath's “Inside Story” meets “What the Bleep Do We Know” (High School)

This curriculum pulls in 3 very powerful concepts:

A. Food, Inc. - Exposes the toxicity of our food supply, misleading advertising and corporate greed that is rampant in our food industry today. It also teaches how to make more informed choices about the food we consume and the products we use and to take back our power through casting our “vote” every time we buy something at a supermarket or store. The final component educates on how critical bodily de-toxification is and how toxins in the system (all human systems: Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Energetic) creates dis-ease and illness in the body.

B. Heartmath Inside Story - Teaches Emotional Intelligence and how the head and heart communicate, how the brain gets “wired” and “programmed” with specific neural pathways that are created by our perceptions that produce certain emotions, body reactions and behavioral choices. It elucidates the stress response and its impact on our physiology and ways that we can actually control our emotions by utilizing the power of the heart and create more empowering responses. (Heartmath Quick Coherence Technique™). It also explores the cultivation of physiological coherence – what that is, the benefits to the body, immune system, health and cognitive performance. It also touches on how to develop intuition and make better choices with reflection and “inner” guidance.

C. “What the Bleep do We Know” - Clearly describes and teaches how we create our reality with our thoughts and belief systems. It demonstrates how we become “programmed” emotionally by the different perceptions and reactions we have as they relate to specific chemicals that are released into the body every time we experience emotion. It demonstrates clearly quantum physics and energetic principles and the actual structure of reality, how we create it and how we can change it. We study the amazing work of Dr Masuro Emoto, John Hagelin and many others to demonstrate the power of human consciousness and its effect on the world and world events.

This synthesis of material into a curriculum is extremely powerful in giving students the tools they need to navigate through theses times of rapid change. The classroom discussion format is based on Socratic discussions and the classroom content is also embedded with many experiential exercises and concrete tools that cultivate self-empowerment, the outdoors and nature and movement. The rubric is geared to promote critical thinking, problem solving, community activism and positive change as well as stimulate imagination and intuitive and inquisitive response to quantum theory. * This curriculum fits the expeditionary learning model and aligns with environmental literacy criteria.
